    The location was perfect.

Only one public bath, so eithet men's or women' bath is available at a time. They provide an access to another hotel’s bath as an alternative option, but it is inconvenient. The information on that other hotel is only in Japanese, so it is difficult to search. The staff speaks very limited English.

Great views of the Sumida river, very close to the station, and in the middle of everything Asakusa has to offer. Beds were confortable, staff was very helpful and the amenities were great. Would stay here if I were to stay in Asakusa in the future

    Location was good, breakfast great.

Room was very small and A/C was not cool, the room was too warm.

Okay location, onsen if it is available to you, free delicious and good quantity ice cream at night and small cup of yoghurt in the morning if you don’t forget to take them, free ramen at night, space although in the heart of Tokyo. The hotel is walkable distance from Airport Express train station and subway but it is near Tobu station (you need to get to the other side of the building even though the building is next to the hotel so this pro is not as attractive). The onsen was superb. They had an outdoor on the rooftop with the view of Asakusa, as well as sauna and ice bath, but ladies have limited time on 15:00-20:00 Fri-Sun to get in, the rest of that is time for gentlemen. The check-in and check-out were with the machine which were not complicated. A supermarket nearby.

The aircon was not working. And it seemed that the previous guest couldn’t use it too as when it was switched on it was at -3 degrees Celsius and there was only thin feel off warm air touching us standing in front of it so we rely on the air from the opened window which came with off and on sounds of trains. The mattress and pillows are rather hard and thin. It is a renovated building but you won’t feel anything if you don’t look over human’s height.

Breakfast was exceptional for this level of hotel. Rooftop footbath view of the Tokyo Skytree and icecream bar were exceptional amenities as well.

Room has much potential, but badly needs updating and thorough cleaning.

Location is good near major tourist spots

    Very small with uncomfortable beds

    8CarrenPosted on: 7-17-2025

I like that the hotel is close to the train station and to some of the popular atttractions. Breakfast was awesome as well as the free noodles at night. The ftee probiotic drink in the morning and the ice cream at night made it more apecial.

Super convenient location from the station, excellent customer service, and comfortable stay! (bonus for free ramen at 9:30 pm, onsen and foot bath at the 10th floor, and well worth breakfast buffet). The staff also allowed us to store our luggage after check in for free which we appreciated. I went to Dormy inn and Onyado nono chain in Kanazawa, Akihabara, Osaka and Kyoto and for all of them I’ve had amazingly positive experience. I highly recommend!

Nothing major I can think of at the moment.

The complimentary Ramen is unexpected excellent in quality and quantity. Thank you to the lady who served hospitality.

    The location and the staff.

The bathing facilities were not available. Construction during my stay blocked the river view

    10XiaolingPosted on: 6-21-2025

The breakfast is wonderful and the best. The nighttime noodle is great too! The location is very convenient.

    9ChrisPosted on: 5-28-2025

The facilities and amenities offered were highly convenient and enhanced the overall experience. The location was close to the major attractions in Asakusa and the view of the Tokyo Skytree was an added bonus.

During our stay, there was construction being done to the exterior of the hotel. Didn’t really bother us too much though.

The staff was very welcoming and made very strong efforts toward communicating in English. Between Google translate and the staff English proficiency communication was effective.

The bed is extremely hard and feels like a sheet of plywood with a thin pad on top. The pillows were much like thin sandbags.

    8ClarePosted on: 4-29-2025

Friendly staff! Nice clean facilities. A cool little rooftop pool to soak your feet in. Close to station entry/exit. Across the river from the Asahi building. Close to market and Senso ji temple. They also offer a free small bowl of ramen in their restaurant.

We had to remove the key card from it's holder in order to turn the main lights off at night, but that meant we couldn't turn the bathroom light in the night. Bathroom was small

    10McAfee, M.Posted on: 4-20-2025

Excellent location — close to metro station, Senso-ji temple and all local attractions. Situated next to Sumida park and on the river — great views of Tokyo Skytree and Asahi building. Delicious breakfast, good onsen — everything we wanted!

Automatic, motion sensor hallway light coming on whenever any of us used the bathroom

    8ImiloaPosted on: 4-13-2025

Excellent location just a few minutes walk to Sensoji Temple and surrounding Asakusa. Room was rather small but manageable. Step up into shower room was extra high at least a 9” step. Don’t forget to take off your shoes before going in as you should remove them anytime you see a step up anywhere you go. Very good breakfast as I enjoy Japanese food..There were eggs, sausage, breads, fruit and salad if you’re not totally into Japanese food yet. Tons of food options around. Aside from it being a little dated and small I would definitely stay there again and I consider myself pretty picky when it comes to choosing a hotel.

Basin faucet leaked excessively and shower curtain not quite wide enough.

    5LoriPosted on: 4-10-2025

Good breakfast. Good location near Asakusa station.

It appeared a little bit run-down and was much more expensive than other, much nicer hotels we visited in Japan, but I imagine that is because of the location, so it was OK.
